What should I expect during my first visit?During your first visit, our physical therapist will perform a thorough evaluation, discuss your goals, and create a personalized treatment plan. You will have all of your questions and concerns addressed during this visit. Expect to feel motivated and ready to crush your next goal.

What types of conditions do you treat?We treat a wide range of conditions including: Workout injuries Running injuries Post-surgical rehabilitation Chronic pain Mobility issues. A few specific examples include: Low back pain Neck pain Golfers/tennis elbow Patellar, achilles, biceps, tendonitis Any joint pain! Our goal is to help you move better and feel better!

Do you do dry needling?Yes! Our Doctors of Physical Therapy are both certified in dry needling and have extensive experience with this technique that can treat a variety of conditions. Dry needling is included in your plan of care at no extra cost!

What should I wear to my appointment?Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Athletic wear is usually the best choice.

Can I continue my regular workouts while receiving treatment?Yes, in most cases, we highly encourage you to continue your workouts. Your physical therapist will let you know of any necessary modifications to your routine to ensure your safety and progress.

Do I need a referral to see a PT?You can be treated by a licensed physical therapist without a referral!

How often should I attend physical therapy?Generally, we recommend a minimum of six visits to see and sustain progress. However, treatment varies from person to person. Injuries take time and consistency for proper healing and goal achievement. Our Doctors' of Physical Therapy will work with you to determine the best frequency that suits your needs and goals.

Does Forward Physio take insurance?Forward Physio is an out-of-network provider, we do not accept insurance. This choice allows us to deliver unrestricted, high-quality care without insurance limitations. We can provide a SuperBill upon request for potential reimbursement, but this is not guaranteed and depends on your insurance plan.

What types of payments are accepted?We accept: Credit/debit cards HSA/FSA Cash Check Zelle.

What is your cancellation policy?We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a charge equivalent to the session cost for cancellations or half the session cost for late reschedules, unless it’s an emergency.
